We are excited to share our new opening protocol from March 2022

Please bear with us while we adapt our way of working from Covid restrictions and social distancing to help everyone stay safe and healthy.
We are starting a modified open door policy to allow up to two people to come in with their pets for an appointment. Our front door will remain locked at this time.

But while 1 in 20 people are currently infected with COVID 19. We ask that you follow our protocols, which are in place from today. This is to try reduce the spread of the virus for those visiting us and to reduce illness within our team and their families in order to give you our best help and levels of service ongoing. We will still disinfect the surgery in between consulting sessions and improve ventilation when we are able. We would still ask if you think that you are unwell, to please phone us in the first instance before bringing your pet. We will still be able to see them but we may change how we proceed.

Masks
We request that you wear a mask while in the Veterinary Centre as we will do the same, this is to reduce the spread of the virus due to close contact and high client throughput during our working day. If you do not have a mask, we have masks available for your use.

If you have an appointment booked
Please wait in your car and phone us to let us know you have arrived, we will come and collect you and your pet from the carpark, when we are ready for you in time for your appointment.
We will then take you straight into our consultation rooms where a veterinary nurse will help hold your pet for Zoe to examine. Allowing you to be with them during a normal consultation, while our nurses allow you to concentrate on communicating with us to best help your pet.

If you are collecting medication during our consulting hours (from 8.30am – 10.30am and 4.30pm – 6.15pm)
Please bear with us while we change our way of working, we can be very busy at peak times and so may be delayed in helping you. We are quieter between 11am and 3pm, which you may prefer. Please wait in your car and phone us to let us know you have arrived. We will prepare your medication/food for collection and then invite you into reception to collect and pay.
