Veterinary Surgeon
I qualified as a vet in July 1999, and for two years worked in Diss in Norfolk at a mixed veterinary practice. I left to gain more experience and worked as a locum veterinary surgeon everywhere for North Yorkshire to Guernsey. I set up New Lodge Veterinary Centre in 2005, with the intention of providing an excellent standard of client and patient care. I enjoy most aspects of veterinary life and so do not have a particular special interest. When I am not being a vet, I have several hobbies. I like gardening, and reading, but my most addictive hobby is motor racing. I race a 1967 Sunbeam Tiger called “Lilly”, 2009 is her first season and so far best result is 3rd. We race all across the UK in several classic car racing series.

Registered and Qualified Veterinary Nurse
I qualified in August 2010 and have been working at New Lodge Veterinary centre since July 2011.
I enjoy running nurse clinics including Puppy Socialisation, Weight Management, Preventative Dental care and Geriatric/Mobility clinics. My ambition is to achieve a diploma in Surgical Nursing.5I live with a Golden Retriever called Brodie and an indoor, hand reared cat called Keo.
When I am not at work I enjoy Horse Riding and catching up with friends.

Registered and Qualified Veterinary Nurse
I have been working in practice since September 2001 and Qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2005. I have worked with Zoe and Rebecca at New Lodge Veterinary Centre since 2006 and enjoy the daily variety that work at a vets, provides. I run the nurse clinics with Rebecca and my particular area of interest is small animal nutrition, hence my qualification as a veterinary nutritional advisor and pet health councillor.
I have looked after a number of pets over the years and am currently owned by two Cats, Bettie and Brian.
Daisy has been at new Lodge Veterinary Centre since she was 8 weeks old, she delights in informing us when people are at reception when we are busy in prep.
She enjoys meeting both people and other animals, but really enjoys going for walks with her doggy friends.
