It usually takes about 5 minutes to register you and your pet. If your Pet has been seen at another Veterinary Surgery, we can then contact that Vet for details of your animal’s previous history and treatments. These details can be very important in the treatment of your pet, and are normally given in confidence between vets as a matter of professional courtesy. You will not have to be involved or tell your previous vet that you are changing vets.
 
In cases of second opinions, case history is vital, and we cannot give a second opinion without it.
